What size should I order?
Most DNGEON pieces are One Size (OS), fitting a 30–46 in waist (76–116 cm) through the adjustable hardware on the sides. Measure about 5 inches below your belly button — where the band actually sits — not your pants size. For harnesses, measure your chest where the straps will sit, then fine-tune with the buckles.
How do I care for faux leather gear?
Wipe clean with a damp cloth after wear — that's it. Faux leather doesn't need conditioning or oils like genuine leather, and it won't stiffen with sweat. Air dry away from direct heat, and never machine wash pieces with metal hardware.
Will the hardware hold up?
The O-rings, buckles, and studs are riveted to the straps, not glued, and the metal alloys resist tarnish and rust. Stress seams are double-stitched. If anything fails under normal wear, contact our customer service team.
Where do orders ship from?
All orders ship from our warehouse in Miami, FL. Orders are usually dispatched within 1–3 business days, and international shipping is available at checkout.
Can I make changes to my order after it's been placed?
We do everything we can to fulfill orders quickly and unfortunately cannot make updates after an order has been placed. These changes include removing or adding products and/or changing the delivery address. If a mistake has been made with your order information, it's quickest to create a new order with the correct information and then contact our Customer Service team.
How do I return my items?
We do not currently offer free returns to overseas customers. You will therefore need to cover all costs of returning any items to us yourself. We advise that you mark your package 'returned goods' to avoid further duties. Remember: We strongly recommend that you return any items via a registered trackable service and obtain and retain proof of posting as we do not accept responsibility for items that fail to arrive with us.
